CALIBRATION AND SETTING UP

- Start the burner at the maximum flow-rate.
- Measure the CO in the fumes, adjusting the GAS-AIR ratio V via screw 1.

- Check the counter to see whwthwr the flw-rate is as required: to adjust the quantity of gas act on the air gate servo control
with small movements of the red cam until you obtain the desired flow-rate.
- Once you have obtained the desired flow-rate repeat the combustion test and, if necessary fine-tune the GAS-AIR ratio
V by acting on screw 1.
- Bring the burner to the 1st stage position or minimum flow-rate (by adjusting the orange cam) and check combustion by
acting on N via screw 2.
- Re-check combustion at maximum flow-rate and various intermediate flow-rates as the burner is designed for continuos
modulation.
