After highlighting the desired process using the "DEC" or "INC buttons, press the "ENTER"
button for at least two seconds to start. The total process, the screen display (text and
graphics) and the completion of the procedure is exactly the same as that of a charge-/
discharge procedure as well as a cycle of one of the 20 memory positions. Please read
chapters 7 to 8.1.

READING THE DATA ON A BID CHIP/KEY

After ending the charge-/discharge process, pressing the "ESC" button for at least 2
seconds will return to the Home display to charge or discharge using the BID system. To
be able to now read the stored data, navigate to the "END" line and confirm by pressing the
"ENTER" button. In this display you can read the maximum charged-/discharged capacity
of all the charge- / discharge processes of this battery.

The illustration shows a typical Display. With this you have
the possibility to estimate the values of a battery and have
an overview of the exact condition of the battery. You need
no further equipment, such as a PC with the appropriate
software.
