Nach dem Anzeichnen folgt die weitere Vorbereitung der
zu verklebenden Flächen. Zuerst die angezeichneten
Flächen der vorderen und hinteren Stossfänger mit
Betaprime 5600 bestreichen
- nicht erforderlich bei Typ
64804 Hintere Seitenschweller
(Bild 3.,11.).

Mithilfe des Schleifpapiers die vorgesehenen
Klebeflächen aufrauen. Diese Arbeit bitte sorgfältig
durchführen, damit es zur optimalen Klebewirkung kommt
(siehe Bild 4a, 7a, 12a).
4. Die Klebedüse mit einemTape-Messer entsprechend
abschneiden. Den Kleber in ausreichender Menge, auf die
aufgerauten Stellen so auftragen, dass ca. 5 mm Abstand
vom Rand eingehalten wird (siehe Bild 4b, 7b, 12b).

Die Teile auf die markierten Stellen aufdrücken und evtl.
an den Rändern ausgetretenen Kleber sofort mit techn.
Benzin entfernen. Die Teile in der endgültigen Position mit
Klebeband fixieren (siehe Bild 5, 8, 13).
Wichtig:
Während der Trockenzeit darf das Fahrzeug nicht direkter
Sonneneinwirkung ausgesetzt werden! Den Fahrbetrieb
erst wieder nach 6 Stunden aufnehmen. Vor Ablauf von 24
Stunden darf keine Waschanlage benutzt werden.

Po vyznačení správné polohy dílů pokračujte další
předúpravou lepících ploch. Originální plastové plochy
předního a zadního nárazníku natřete přípravkem
Betaprime 5600 - viz.obr. 3. a 11.

Pomocí dodaného brusného plátna zdrsněte budoucí
lepené plochy dílů Milotec. Dbejte na to, aby byly celé tyto
plochy takto připraveny a mohlo tak dojít k maximální
adhezi PU lepidla (obr. 4.a, 7.a,12.a).

Aplikační nástavec tuby PU lepidla seřízněte zhruba v
jeho polovině a naneste v přiměřené vrstvě dodané PU
lepidlo tak, aby byla dodržena vzdálenost zhruba 5 mm od
okraje dílu Milotec (obr. 4.b, 7.b, 12.b).

Díly s lepidlem usaďte na předem označené místo a
lehce přitlačte. Případné přebytečné vytlačené lepidlo
ihned odstraňte technickým benzinem. Konečnou polohu
dílů zafixujte lepící páskou a lepidlo nechte vytvrdnout
(viz.obr. 5., 8., 13.).
Důležité:
Po dobu schnutí lepidla nesmí být díly vystaveny přímému
slunečnímu svitu. Opětovné uvedení vozidla do provozu je
možné po 6-ti hodinách od dokončení montáže. Po dobu 24
hodin by neměla být používána myčka.
Při nedodržení těchto pokynů nezodpovídáme za
případné vzniklé škody!

Use the abrasive paper to roughen the designated
adhesive surfaces. Please perform this work thoroughly to
achieve optimum adhesive effects (fig. 4a, 7a, 12a).

Cut the adhesive nozzle appropriately with a tape knife.
Apply sufficient adhesive to the roughened surfaces and
keep a distance of approx. 5 cm to the edge (fig. 4b, 7b,
12b).
5.
Press the parts to the marked points and remove any
surplus adhesive immediately with techn. benzene. Fix the
parts in the final position with adhesive tape (fig. 5, 8, 13).
Important:
Do not expose the car to direct sunlight while it is drying. The
vehicle is ready for driving after 6 hours only. The vehicle
can be driven through a carwash after 24 hours.
We will not assume any liability if these instructions are
not observed!

Après le marquage, procéder à la préparation des

surfaces prévues pour le collage. Appliquer d'abord du
Betaprime 5600 sur les zones marquées des pare-chocs
avant et arrière (non nécessaire pour type 64804 bas de
marche latéral arrière) (fig. 3, 11).

Rendre les surfaces prévues pour le collage rugueuses
avec le papier émeri. Veiller à procéder soigneusement afin
de pouvoir obtenir un effet adhésif optimum (voir fig. 41, 7a,
12a).

approprié. Appliquer une quantité suffisante de colle sur les
surfaces rendues rugueuses en respectant un écart d'env. 5
mm avec le bord (voir fig. 4b, 7b, 12b).

Placer les pièces sur les endroits marqués et enlever
immédiatement d'éventuelles quantités de colle
excédentaires à l'aide de l'essence à nettoyer. Fixer les
pièces dans leur position finale à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif
(fig. 5, 8, 13).
Important :
Pendant la période de séchage, le véhicule ne doit pas être
directement exposé aux rayons solaires. La conduite ne
peut être reprise qu'au bout de six heures. Le car-wash est
de nouveau possible au bout de 24 heures.
En cas de non-observation des présentes instructions,
nous déclinons toute responsabilité civile !
