10. Commissioning
The existing play loop is deleted when a new play loop is programmed or after a folder is selected for
playback.
The playback length set with the TRACK dial (3) is reset to the 1/1 value after each call of the LOOP.
Reset LOOP end point
The end point of a stored play loop can be set anew.
• Start LOOP playback.
• Push the B/EDIT button (10). The display shows "B-Edit". The B/EDIT button (10) flashes.
• Set the desired end point of the play loop with the JOG wheel (24).
• Push the B/EDIT button (10). The new end point is stored. The LOOP playback is started.
AUTO LOOP Function (play loop)
• Start playback of a track.
• Keep the MEMO button pushed (9). Set the desired LOOP playback length with the JOG wheel.
• Push the A button (10) to determine the starting point of the play loop.
• The play loop (LOOP) is stored and played back at the selected length.
• During playback of the AUTO LOOP, the dial TRACK (3) can be used to change the play loop length.
The stored AUTO LOOP is deleted if another folder is selected for playback.
HOT LOOP Function
The HOT LOOP function stores and calls up to 4 playback loops.
HOT LOOP storage
• Set a play loop as described under LOOP Function.
• Push the button MEMO (9) while the LOOP is played back. The button lights up red.
• Push one of the LOOP buttons (8) for which the play loop (LOOP) is to be stored.
• The play loop (LOOP) is stored. The corresponding LOOP button (8) is lit yellow. The MEMO (9) button is no
longer lit.
All free LOOP buttons (8) are lit red. All assigned LOOP buttons (8) are lit yellow. A stored LOOP point
is overwritten automatically when a new play loop is stored on this button.
The HOT LOOPs can only be saved within one folder. If you switch to a different folder, all saved HOP
LOOPs are deleted.
Playing a stored HOT LOOP
• Push the desired LOOP button (8) button to start playback of the LOOP.
• Push the button RELOOP/EXIT (10) to stop the play loop.
