3) Attach O-ring (item 2) in order to secure that the
inserts are fixed.
4) Put on clamping plate (item 3) and disk (item 4)
and fasten with clamping lever (item 5).
5) Remove O-ring and position the indexable inserts
tightly by means of the locking screws. The locking
screws of the milling disk should be wetted with the
supplied copper paste before screwing in, this will
help later on for a better disassembling and
prevents the screws of burning together.
Notice:
Before the tipping, the millings disk should imperatively be cleaned and layers of scale be removed.
The indexable inserts should be easily insertable and led to the bottom of the slit.
