Connecting SB118 and 8XT or passive 12XT to the LA4

The 12XT enclosures must be set in passive configuration (see the ''12XT" user manual).
CAUTION
The enclosures connect to the LA4 outputs as follows: channels 1 and 3 are dedicated to both SB118 enclosures,
channels 2 and 4 are dedicated to XT enclosures. Each 8XT enclosure can be paired in parallel with an additional 8XT.
Therefore, a single LA4 amplified controller can drive up to two SB118 and four 8XT or two 12XT as shown in Figure
14.

A maximum of one SB118 enclosure, two 8XT enclosures, or one 12XT enclosure can be
connected per LA4 output channel.
IMPORTANT
Note: The system resources are optimized for two SB118 and two or four XT enclosures.
