Ftting instructions
1)
Remove the inner coating in the trunk and the plastic sides. Loosen the exhaust from the filling up
rubbers and let them sink. Disassemble the hindmost wheels and loosen the bumper at the bottom.

Remove the bitumen coating at the bottom of the chassis; placel the assembly plate (1) at the left
side against the bottom of the chassis beam in a way that the big holes in the assembly plate fits the
big hole in the bottom of the chassis beam. Drill points (A) perpendicularly through with
ø10,5mm till you reach the trunk. Do the same for the right assembly plate (2). Enlarge the
pierced holes in the trunk till ø20mm. Insert here the tubes (3), place the plates (4) on the trunk
floor, insert the bolts through the trunk and replace the assembly plates (1) and (2) against the
bottom of the chassis beams, insert the bolts without tightening.

Place the tow bar with points (B) between the already placed assembly plates, insert the bolts
without tightening.

Now place the assembly bars (5) at the left and (6) at the right with points (C) against the back of
the assembly plates (1) and (2), insert the bolts without tightening, points (D) are now against the
inside of the chassis beam (be sure that the assembly bar at the left does not touch the wire of
the fuel tank). Pierce the holes (D) perpendicumarly trough the chassis with ø 10,5mm; enlarge
these holes on the back of the chassis till ø20mm; insert the tubes (7) via the outside of the chassis,
insert the bolts and washers and tighten everything firmly (see tension).

Assemble the ball together with the security ring and the socket plate holder, tighten everything
firmly (see tension).
6)
Re-assemble the rear wheels, replace the exhaust in the filling up rubbers, refix the bumper, and re-
assemble the plastic sides and also the inner coating in the trunk.
Note
Please consult your cardealer or owners manual for the maximal permissable towing mass.
Remove any bitumen coating on the fastening position for the tow bar.
When drilling, be carefull not to damage any brake lines, electrical wiring or fuel lines.
