unqualified personnel.
Problem
Computer display does not work at all
or partially.
No resistance.
No speed signal.
The upright post shakes.
(if applicable)
The home fitness equipment shakes.
The home fitness equipment creates
abnormal noises.
The handlebar hangs loose
Solution
1. Check power supply.
2. Check cable connections.
3. Replace the computer.
1. Check belt tension.
2. Replace spring box.
1. Check the upper cable connections.
2. Check if the speed sensor is in the right position.
3. Replace the speed sensor.
4. Replace the computer.
1. Loose upright post screws.
2. Re-insert screws/washers and tighten screws equally.
1. Check seat fixation and its rollers/bearings.
2. Move the equipment to a different place and check if the problem still
persists.
1. Check the end caps.
2. Check whether the pedals are assembled correctly or not, see chapter
'assembly' .
3. Check seat rollers or any other moving part.
1. Check belt tension.
2. Replace belt.
3. Replace spring box.
