Charger with LCD Display and discharge function for 1-4 NiCD/NiMH batteries of the sizes Micro (AAA); Mignon (AA);
Baby (C); Mono (D) and 1-2 9V block.

use only with NiCD/NiMh cells. Non rechargeable batteries or other types could cause an explosion!

the battery may explode, leak or catch fire

Separate charging processes for each inserted cell; Automatic start of charging at contact with the cell; NiCD as well as
NIMH cells can be charged at the same time; Microprocessor controlled charging for cylindrical cells; Automatic switch-
over to trickle charging for cylindrical cells; Discharging option for cylindrical cells; Faulty cell detection for cylindrical
cells
Display for cylindrical cells (1):
LED lights red: charging
LED blinking (fast) red: faulty cell
LED lights yellow: discharging
LED lights green: ready /trickle charge
Display for 9V block (2):
LED lights red: charging
LCD Display for cylindrical cells (3):
Additional information about the charging status and about the capacity level can be seen. (see drawing).
In rotation the charging status (charging or discharging) will be shown. Additionally the capacity of the inserted cells will
be shown in 25% steps for around 3 seconds. "OK" means end of charge / trickle charge; "BAD" means faulty cell.
Discharge button (4):
Press this button (PRESS) for approx. 3 seconds to start the discharge function for the cylindrical cells.

Keep the charger in a dry place (indoor or in-vehicle use only) • In order to avoid the risk of fire and / or electrical
shock, the charger must be protected against high humidity and water • Ensure that the ventilation slots are kept free, to
guarantee perfect function of the unit and avoid over-heating • Do not plug in the charger if there are any signs of damage
