HF driver or diaphragm replacing procedure
1. To install a full HF driver:
a.
Install the new driver on the heat dissipation plate (if necessary, add a few additional thermal paste
above the old thermal paste on the driver in a continuous circular way).
b. Screw in both Torx
c.
Install the HF assembly on the LF speaker and screw in both hex screws through the plate (5 N.m/45
in.lb
, thread-locker).

To install a diaphragm only:
a.
Ensure that the voice coil gap on the driver is free from any particles.
If necessary, clean out the gap by using 2-sided tape.
b. Install the new diaphragm in the gap.
c.
Screw in the 4 Pozidriv
torques between screws at every moment while screwing in so as to properly center the diaphragm.
2. Connect both cables to both new diaphragm electrical sockets: connect the short red cable to the red-
labeled pin and the short black cable to the unlabeled pin (both long cables are for the LF speaker).
3. Install the loudspeaker assembly in the enclosure and screw in the 4 hex screws with split and flat washers:
into each hex screw insert a split washer and then a flat washer (following this sequence) and screw in the
assembly to one of the four locations (5 N.m/45 in.lb
4. Install the grill (logo oriented towards the pole mount socket) and screw in each of the 4 Torx
10 mm/0.5 inch besides the previous drilling (3 N.m/27 in.lb
5. Put in place both rubber bands on the grill.
