Description
The indirectly or externally heated DHW cylinder, referred to below as a cylinder, is used for storing
domestic hot water. It primarily comprises a metal storage vessel. The outer wall of the storage vessel
is provided with permanently attached insulation to prevent heat loss. The inner wall of the storage
vessel is enamelled according to DIN 4753-3. This coating is neutral in respect of conventional
installation materials and domestic hot water.

The nameplate provides information on manufacturer, year of manufacture, part number and
technical data. The nameplate is attached to the tank.
