OPERATION
Before first time use, wash the refrigerating container, lid, spatula and handle with soapy water
and rinse them carefully (the water temperature must not exceed 40°C): before use dry them
carefully.
Ice cream is sensitive to bacteria: every time you use the ice cream maker, check that the
utensils are very clean and dry.
Do not submerge the motor body in water or other liquids; clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
The motor body has a push switch: press it to switch the motor 0-I (on/off).
All the accessories (lid, spatula) fit to the motor body: before using them, check that they are
well attached. First of all fit the motor unit together with the lid (see pages 2-3) and make sure
the pins on the motor unit insert into the slots of the lid. Then insert the spatula into the hole on
the motor unit. After use, disassemble all the accessories. First, remove the spatula, then press
slightly the pins of the motor unit to separate it from the lid.
Put the handle and the freezing bowl onto the housing.
Fit the lid to the handle and housing. To remove the lid, proceed inversely.
