Carrot soup with cumin
780 g carrots
720 ml water
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
■ Dice the carrots (approx. 15x15 mm).
■ Pour the carrots and the water into the
blender beaker.
■ Mix for a few seconds at maximum
speed.
■ Pour the mixture into a saucepan and
add the cumin.
■ Cook everything for 30 minutes. You can
add water while cooking if you would like
the soup to be thinner.
■ Season with salt and pepper.
