Cause
• Coffee ground very finely = pores in the
filter paper become clogged
• Serious calcification
• Water supply blocked
• Temperature controller faulty

• Water stop tap closed at the water

Solution
• Select a coffee with coarser grounds
• Descale the machine
• Clean the tube connections/filters
• Contact customer service
• Select a coffee with coarser grounds
• Use harder water
• Compensate for any unevenness on the
installation surface; position the machine
so that it is level
• Open the water stop tap at the water
supply line
• Descale the machine
• Clean the hose connections/sieves
• Clean drip stop
• Consume freshly filtered coffee quickly
• Use a water filter from customer service

• Put the jug lid on
