Welding rectifiers can be used in all coated electrodes welding, gouging systems (ARC-AIR) and common steels
and stainless steels TIG welding.
300, 400, 500, 600 models allow TIG welding process due its extraordinary adjustment range. With a TIG
economizer (equipped with gas valve and socket for TIG torch connections) installation or High Frequency
generator, it is possible TIG welding even in mild and stainless steel plates from 0,6 mm thick.
These welding rectifiers are build with three phased transformer, being adjusted by means of a variable
inductance (air-gap variation). Welding current is rectified by means of a three phased rectifier bridge. The
symbol, in front panel and technical data plate, means that machine is prepared to function in electrical chock
risk environments. The machine is cooled by a monophased fan.
The duty cycle ( x% ) of these machines allows its use in medium/heavy industries, without needing to apply
thermal protections. It should have some precautions, when welding with high current values.
The protection degree of these welding rectifiers (IP 23) allows their use in outdoor. Though, they should be kept
away from rain.

In rear panel, all models are equipped with 230V
2200 VA monophased socket, which allow
connection of small portable tools, economizers
or TIG welding high frequency generators.
Attention: while welding, do not use electric
tools.
