Initial setting:

Completely screw in the L screw (L) and H screw
(H). Then turn to the recommended initial
setting.
L = 1 turn out
H = 1 turn out
Idle speed
Brushcutter 130 = 2900
Brushcutter 134 = 2900
Brushcutter 140 = 2900
Maximum permitted speed (with blade)
Brushcutter 130 = 9500
Brushcutter 134 = 9500

Caution! Due to potential engine
damage, do not set maximum RPM
higher than recommended!
