4. Store the completely dry device in a dry place that is pro-
tected from sunlight and is not accessible to children and
animals at room temperature.

Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are
able to rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot be
solved with the steps below, contact the customer service de-
partment.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical de-
vice yourself!

Possible cause/solution
Are the batteries too weak or incorrect-
ly inserted? If necessary, insert new
batteries or check the polarity (see
"Inserting / Changing Batteries").
Is too much pressure being exerted?
For safety reasons, the device stops
automatically when too much pressure
is applied on the skin.
The roller is worn. Replace the roller
(see "Changing the Roller"). New rollers
