• We recommend only using the programme 3 for your fi rst workout week to give
your muscle groups time to adjust to the new demand of the muscles.
• We recommend that beginners limit the use to a maximum of 1-2 times per day.
There should be at least a 4-hour break between each use.
• When starting out, only stimulate each muscle group for no more than 10 minutes
per use.
• Of course you can adjust the programme according to your needs.
• We also recommend a maximum workout duration of no more than 30 minutes per
muscle group and day for advanced users. Limit your use to 3 times per day with at
least a 4-hour break between each use.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The signal lights do
not turn on.
The battery light
turns off.
The programme
display lights are on,
but not blinking.
The programme
display lights work,
but no pulses are
sent for muscle
stimulation.

Possible Cause
No batteries have been
inserted.
The batteries have not been
inserted properly.
The batteries are too weak.
The silicone electrodes are
not in contact with your skin.
The microprocessor unit has
not been properly secured to
the butterfl y pad.
The intensity has been set to
the lowest level.
The microprocessor unit is
not working properly.
The intensity level is too low.
The butterfl y pad has not
been put on properly.

Solution
Insert batteries and press
ON/
HI.
When inserting the batteries,
ensure that the polarity is
correct.
Insert new batteries.
Make sure that the butterfl y
pads are positioned properly.
Check whether the
microprocessor unit has been
securely attached to the snap
fasteners.
Push
ON/HI
in order to
increase the intensity.
Turn the device off, take out the
battery for 1 minute and attempt
to restart the device.
Push the
ON/HI
button several
times to increase the intensity.
Shift the pad until you have
found the position with the
strongest muscle contraction.
