 Plasmacluster Ion (room) stops when the toilet is used while the Plasmacluster Ion (room) is operating, and
does not operate for the remainder of the day. Plasmacluster Ion (room) operates at the set time from the
next day.
Plasmacluster Ion (room) stops halfway
Some operation is performed while the Plasmacluster Ion (room) is operating.
 Plasmacluster Ion (room) stops when some operation is performed while the Plasmacluster Ion (room) is
operating, and does not operate for the remainder of the day. Plasmacluster Ion (room) operates at the set
time from the next day.

Descaling

Descaling information mark appears on the upper right of the screen
This mark informs that you need to perform descaling and replace the nozzle tip.
 Please perform the descaling (see technical product information 99.1105.031).
 Please replace the nozzle tip (see technical product information 99.1105.031).
[Rinse Error...Try again] appears on the screen
The valve of maintenance kit is closed.
 Open the valve, select [OK] of the screen, then try descaling again.

Smartphone App

Cannot pair the smartphone with the toilet
Toilet is already connected with another smartphone.
 Press the (stop) button to terminate the current Bluetooth connection. Then restart the application and
perform pairing again.
