In the event of an error, see if the following steps resolve the

Possible causes and solution
The rechargeable battery may be empty or not
adequately charged.
− Fully charge the SkinVivid before using it (see
chapter "Charging the SkinVivid").
You have forgotten to clean or groom the skin of
your face before use.
− Clean and groom your skin according to the
instructions in the chapter "Preparation".
You have not been using the SkinVivid for very
