10. Maintenance & storage
It is important to clean your Silk'n BellaVisage device and store it
properly after each treatment.

Unplug the device.

To clean the device and remove any gel, wipe with a clean, dry

cloth. Use a cleaning fluid with no more than 70% alcohol or
another non abrasive cleaning fluid. Never use acetone or other
abrasive liquids, because they will damage your device.
After cleaning, we recommend you store the device in its

original box.

Never immerse your Silk'n BellaVisage or any of its parts in water.

11. Troubleshooting

Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk'n BellaVisage. You may
expose yourself to dangerous electrical components and cause
serious harm to yourself. It will also void the warranty.
Problem
My Silk'n BellaVisage
does not start.
Heat energy is not
emitted and I don't feel
any heat from the device
even though I pressed
the start button.
One or more lights blink
continuously.
The device has stopped
working and is in
standby mode.

If the device fails, unplug immediately.
Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly connected to the
device, that it is plugged into an electrical outlet and
that you have pressed the start button.
Heat will only be emitted if the treatment surface is
in good contact with your skin, and you have applied
gel before you start your treatment. This is a safety
feature.
The device has malfunctioned. Unplug the device and
restart. If the problem continues, contact Customer
Service.
Press the start button again to start the device
