Check your faucet at least once a month for the following potential problems
and to do the following maintenance procedures:
Inspect for Leakage
� Check all water connections for
signs of leakage.
Tighten the Spout
� If the spout is loose, tighten the
hexagonal nut underneath the spout.
Cleaning the Nozzle Screen and Inlet
Strainer
� When the inlet strainer is clogged
the flow rate will decrease.
Decreased flow rate can lead to
diminished flow.
To clean the nozzle screen:

1.
Remove the setscrew spout
opening and filter.
2.
Remove dirt and debris caught by
the filter using a toothbrush, etc.
3.
Mount the setscrew, spout
opening and filter.
B
To clean the showerhead strainer:
1.
Remove the showerhead from the
shower hose.
2.
Pinch the projection and remove
the strainer.
3.
Remove dirt and debris caught in
the strainer using a toothbrush,
etc.
4.
Mount the strainer in the
showerhead.
5.
Mount the showerhead in the
shower hose.
