3. Montage
IMPORTANT : Endommagement de l'appareil
Ne monter et ne démonter l'appareil que lorsqu'il est hors tension.
3.1 Montage sur le profilé ()
• Relier le profilé EN de 35 mm à la terre de protection moyennant une borne de terre, le module étant mis à
la terre par simple encliquetage sur le profilé.
• Placer l'appareil sur le profilé par le haut. Appuyer sur la partie avant de l'appareil en direction de la surface
de montage jusqu'à ce qu'il s'encliquette de manière audible.
3.2 Montage mural ()
Deux pieds de verrouillage escamotables destinés au montage mural sont disposés au dos de l'appareil.
• Avec un tournevis, comprimer le cran d'arrêt puis dégager les pieds de verrouillage.
• Fixer l'appareil au mur avec des vis.
4. Raccordement de l'antenne
L'antenne n'est pas fournie avec l'appareil. Nous recommandons d'utiliser l'antenne PSI-GSM/UMTS-QB-ANT
(réf. 2313371) ou l'antenne PSI-GSM/UMTS-ANT-OMNI-2-5 (réf. 2900982).
• Visser l'antenne sur l'appareil.
5. Insertion de la carte SIM ()
IMPORTANT : Endommagement de l'appareil
Mettre l'appareil hors tension avant de changer la carte SIM.
• Ouvrir le flasque du boîtier.
• Chasser le capot protégeant la carte SIM vers la droite puis dégager la carte vers le haut.
• Introduire la carte SIM dans son logement, la surface de contact étant dirigée vers le bas. Veillez ce faisant
à la position du coin coupé.
• Fermer le capot protégeant la carte SIM puis le chasser vers la gauche. Fermer le flasque du boîtier.
• Protéger la carte SIM par un code PIN de plusieurs caractères.
6. Câblage
IMPORTANT : Endommagement de l'appareil
Toujours raccorder la source de tension au contact médian du relais (UB1, UB2) et la charge au contact
NO (O1, O2, O3, O4).
Applications ferroviaires selon EN 50121-4 hors de la zone des 3 m : utiliser les alimentations en
courant QUINT POWER de Phoenix Contact directement sur l'appareil. Alimenter l'appareil en tension
via les blocs de jonction.

7. Configuration
• Raccorder l'appareil au PC via un câble USB. Utiliser le câble CABLE-USB/MINI-USB-3,0M (réf. 2986135).
7.1 Première mise en service
• L'appareil est détecté comme étant un lecteur CD virtuel. Si la fonction de démarrage automatique est
désactivée, activez le fichier Setup.exe depuis le lecteur CD virtuel.
• Le pilote destiné à l'appareil est installé.
7.2 Configuration via navigateur web ()
Nous recommandons d'utiliser la version actuelle de Firefox
• Démarrer un navigateur web.
• Dans la ligne d'adresse, entrer « tcmobile ».

Si l'accès à l'appareil est impossible :
La communication Internet s'effectue par un serveur proxy. Les paramètres du pare-feu empêchent la saisie
du nom NetBIOS « tcmobile ».
– Désactiver les paramètres de serveur proxy du navigateur web. Désactiver également le script de
configuration automatique (Internet Explorer) si cela est nécessaire.
– Entrer directement dans la ligne d'adresse l'adresse IP 169.254.10.1.

3. Mounting
NOTE: device damage
Only mount or remove the device when disconnected from the voltage!
3.1 Mount on the DIN rail ()
• Connect a 35 mm EN DIN rail to protective earth using a grounding terminal block, since the module is
grounded by being snapped onto the rail.
• Place the device onto the DIN rail from above. Push the module from the front toward the mounting surface
until it audibly engages.
3.2 Mount on the wall ()
On the back of the device there are two removable base latches for wall mounting.
• Push the locking pin downwards with a screwdriver and pull out the base latch.
• Secure the device to the wall using the screws.
4. Connect the antenna
The antenna is not supplied as standard. We recommend antennas PSI-GSM/UMTS-QB-ANT (item no.
2313371) or PSI-GSM/UMTS-ANT-OMNI-2-5 (item no. 2900982).
• Screw the antenna on to the device.
5. Insert the SIM card ()
NOTE: device damage
Disconnect the device power supply before replacing the SIM card.
• Open the housing cover.
• Push the sim card cover to the right and open it.
• Slide the SIM card into the holder with the contact surface facing down. Note the position of the diagonal
corner.
• Close the SIM card cover and push it to the left. Close the housing cover.
• Protect the SIM card with a multi-digit PIN code.
6. Wiring
NOTE: device damage
Always connect the voltage source to the center contact of the relay (UB1, UB2) and the load to the
N/O contact (O1, O2, O3, O4).
Railway applications in accordance with EN 50121-4 outside the 3 m range: Use QUINT POWER power
supply units from Phoenix Contact directly on the device. Supply voltage to the device via terminals.

7. Configuration
• Connect the device to the PC using the USB cable. Use the following cable for this:
CABLE-USB/MINI-USB-3.0M, Item No. 2986135.
7.1 Initial setup
• The device will be recognized as a virtual CD drive. If autorun is disabled, start Setup.exe from the virtual CD
drive.
• The driver for the device will be installed.
7.2 Configuration via web browser ()
We recommend the current version of Firefox.
• Start a web browser.
• In the address line, enter "tcmobile".

If you have no access to the device:
The Internet communication occurs over a proxy server. Your firewall settings are preventing the NetBIOS
name "tcmobile" from being entered.
– Deactivate the proxy server setting in your browser. If necessary, also deactivate the automatic configuration
script (Internet Explorer).
– Enter the IP address 169.254.10.1 directly into the address line.

3. Montieren
ACHTUNG: Gerätebeschädigung
Montieren oder demontieren Sie das Gerät nur im spannungsfreien Zustand!
3.1 Auf der Tragschiene montieren ()
• Verbinden Sie eine 35-mm-EN-Tragschiene mittels einer Erdungsklemme mit der Schutzerde, da das Modul
mit dem Aufrasten auf die Tragschiene geerdet wird.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät von oben auf die Tragschiene. Drücken Sie das Gerät an der Front in Richtung der
Montagefläche bis es hörbar einrastet.
3.2 An der Wand montieren ()
An der Rückseite des Geräts befinden sich zwei herausziehbare Fußriegel zur Wandmontage.
• Drücken Sie mit einem Schraubendreher die Rastnase nach unten und ziehen Sie die Fußriegel heraus.
• Befestigen Sie das Gerät mit Schrauben an der Wand.
4. Antenne anschließen
Die Antenne ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Wir empfehlen die Antenne PSI-GSM/UMTS-QB-ANT
(Artikel-Nr. 2313371) oder PSI-GSM/UMTS-ANT-OMNI-2-5 (Artikel-Nr. 2900982).
• Schrauben Sie die Antenne an das Gerät.
5. SIM-Karte einlegen ()
ACHTUNG: Gerätebeschädigung
Schalten Sie das Gerät spannungsfrei, bevor Sie die SIM-Karte wechseln.
• Öffnen Sie den Gehäusedeckel.
• Schieben Sie die Abdeckung für die SIM-Karte nach rechts und klappen Sie diese auf.
• Schieben Sie die SIM-Karte mit der Kontaktfläche nach unten in die Aufnahme. Beachten Sie dabei die Lage
der abgeschrägten Ecke.
• Schließen Sie die Abdeckung für die SIM-Karte und schieben Sie diese nach links. Schließen Sie den
Gehäusedeckel.
• Schützen Sie die SIM-Karte mit einem mehrstelligen PIN-Code.
6. Verdrahten
ACHTUNG: Gerätebeschädigung
Verbinden Sie die Spannungsquelle immer mit dem Mittelkontakt des Relais (UB1, UB2) und die Last
mit dem Schließer (O1, O2, O3, O4).
Bahnanwendungen nach EN 50121-4 außerhalb des 3-m-Bereichs: Verwenden Sie
QUINT POWER-Stromversorgungen von Phoenix Contact direkt am Gerät. Speisen Sie die
Versorgungsspannung über die Klemmen in das Gerät ein.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät an. ()
7. Konfiguration
• Verbinden Sie das Gerät über ein USB-Kabel mit dem PC. Verwenden Sie das Kabel
CABLE-USB/MINI-USB-3,0M (Artikel-Nr. 2986135).
7.1 Erstinbetriebnahme
• Das Gerät wird als virtuelles CD-Laufwerk erkannt. Falls der Autostart deaktiviert ist, starten Sie die
Setup.exe von dem virtuellen CD-Laufwerk.
• Der Treiber für das Gerät wird installiert.
7.2 Konfigurieren über Webbrowser ()
Wir empfehlen die aktuelle Version von Firefox.
• Starten Sie einen Webbrowser.
• Geben Sie in die Adresszeile "tcmobile" ein.
