1 Description and Purpose
Application:
These instructions are for use by the practitioner.
The Child's 4 bar knee is to be used exclusively as part of a lower limb prosthesis.
A low profile knee for children with linkage design for excellent range of motion providing
increased ground clearance during swing phase.
• Adjustable spring extension assist
• Stable geometry on heel strike
• Lightweight and robust knee
• A range of proximal adapters
This device is suitable for walking and general use
This device is recommended for users that have Activity Level 1-4.
Contra-indications:
This device is not suitable for use with foot sizes larger than 21cm.
Intended for single user.
Ensure that the user has understood all instructions for use, drawing particular attention to the
Safety Information and section regarding maintenance.
