- Secure the side casing panels (9) to the boiler body (10).

- Fix the burner (12) and the clamp (11) in accordance with the instructions that
come with it and connect the fuel supply.
- Introduce the pump/control panel connecting cable through the cable entry in
the right-hand casing panel.

- Rest the control panel box (17) on to the brackets.
- Pass the wiring harness with the connector for the power supply through one of
the grommets (19) in the rear casing panel.
- In the pocket in the back section of the boiler body insert the boiler sensor and
the safety limit thermostat bulb.
- In the DHW cylinder pocket insert its water temperature sensor.
- Wire the cable provided for connecting the DHW pump .
- In the control panel make the connection for the power supply, burner, pumps
and temperature sensors.

- Fit the side doors of the boiler front casing panel.
- Close the side doors and fit the front top and lower boiler casing panels.
Changing the handing of door opening
- Pull forward the bottom casing front panel, which is secured to the sides by means
of two snap-on locating pins, raise it from the bottom supports and remove it.
- Open the side casing doors. Raise the door slightly to detach it from the control
panel. If the doors cannot be opened, then remove them from their hinges.
- Slacken the two screws securing the boiler body cover assembly.
- Raise the door together with the pivots (20).
- Withdraw the door and insert the pivots in the right-hand hinge-holes (12) of the
front section.
- Hang the door on the pivots.
- Close the door and tighten firmly the screws that secure the door to the boiler
body.
- Repeat the operations, in reverse order.
