Attention: To avoid motor damage, this motor should
be blown out or vacuumed regularly to keep dust
from interfering with normal motor ventilation.
1.
Connect this tool to a 230 V / 50 Hz power sup-
ply.
2. If the motor won't start after pressing the On/Off
switch, turn the switch "OFF" immediately, un-
plug the tool and check the machine for failures.
3. If the motor suddenly stalls while milling, release
the On/Off switch and unplug the tool. The motor
may now be restarted.
4. This machine is equipped with a thermo switch.
This switch may trip due to the following reasons
and it protects the machine from damage:
Motor Is Overloaded - Overloading can occur if
you make too many start/stops in a short time.
The pressure applied to the machine is too high.
The mains voltage is too high or too low. The
nominal voltage should not be more than 10%
above or below the nameplate voltage.
Extension cable is too long
Conductor cross section is too small
Ventilation slots are clogged
Extension cable
NOTE: Make sure the proper extension cord is used
and is in good condition. Use only 3-wire
extension cords that have 3-prong groun-
ding plugs and 3-pole receptacles that
accept the machine's plug. The use of
any extension cord will cause some loss
of power. In order to keep the loss mini-
mal and to avoid overheating of the machine make
sure that a minimum conductor cross section of 2.5
mm² is used.
