Configurable Parameters

To individually configure gas transmitter parameters, you can use a computer and the Dräger PolySoft software or a manual control unit made by HART
Any changes made to the set configuration need to be put onto the configuration label on the transmitter housing.

possible settings
1) A maximum of ten further gases / vapours can be added.
2) Consult manufacturer for full scale limits for other approved substances.
3) For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X (EN 45544-2), the measuring ranges are 20 to 2000 ppm, 60 ppm to 1 vol.% and 110 ppm to 10 vol.%.
For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X (EN 45544-3), the measuring ranges are 0 to 2000 ppm, 0 to 1 vol.% and 0 to 10 vol.%.
4) Capture value limits and capture values may have a deviation of no more than ±5 % of the full-scale deflection for applications according to BVS 08 ATEX G 001 X.
5) For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X, the upper limit value may be a maximum of 20 ppm, 60 ppm or 110 ppm (depending on the measuring range).
6) For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X, the capture value at the zero-point must be 0 ppm.
7) At its location of use, the gas transmitter may be subject to other LEL values determined by effective national regulations.
8) For the given case, the specified values can be changed by ±25 %. Here, the values for measured gas and calibration gas can be set independently of one another.
