Reduce pressure during the cutting process.
The knurling of both cutting wheels is used for
transport during the cutting process. The pressure
adjustment screw allows the distance between
the knurling wheels to be varied continuously.
When cutting a double standing seam or a single
standing seam, the distance should be 1.2-1.8
mm (1.25" - 1.5"). Please check with the feeler
gauge. When cutting off a single standing seam,
the flag of the seaming must point to the right. If
the feeding capacity of the knurls is not sufficient,
the pressure must be increased.
Examples of distance between knurls:
Aluminum 0,7 mm
Zinc 0,6 mm
Stainless Steel 0,55 mm
