• Place the device into the ultrasonic bath and cover for the
indicated contact time; the instruments must be sufficiently
covered.
• Remove the instruments from the ultrasonic cleaning bath. Rinse
the insert under tepid (potable) running water for 30 seconds to
remove cleaning agent: a disposable syringe may be used to rinse
the holes/cannulas.
• Inspect the insert for visible debris. If debris remains, manually
clean using a nylon brush wetted with the cleaning solution to
remove it. Rinse the insert under tepid (potable) running water
for 30 seconds to remove cleaning agent.
• Dry the insert using a dry, disposable lint-free cloth or use a
dental instrument dryer. An insert left standing wet may stain,
corrode, or clog.

Cleaning and Disinfection: Automated – Instrument Washer-
Disinfector
• To remove gross debris, wipe with a disposable lint free cloth
while rinsing under tepid (potable) running water for 30 seconds.
A Disposable syringe may be used to rinse the holes/cannulas.
Pay special attention to rinse all holes/cannulas.
• Follow manufacturer instructions for instrument washer solution,
observing concentration rates and contact times as well as the
instrument washers recommended cleaning and/or thermal
disinfection cycle (1 minute at 90°C).
• The use of an instrument cassette during an automated cleaning/
disinfection is recommended to reduce the risk of instrument
damage.
• Place the device into the instrument Washer Disinfector and begin
the washer disinfector cycle. Washer disinfector must conform
to ISO 15883.
• After the drying cycle ends remove the instruments from the
