Use and store the device only in closed rooms.

Do not use or store the device in rooms with high humidity.
■
Never immerse the device and the charger in water or other liquids and ensure that
they cannot fall into water or become wet.
■
Never touch the device and the charger with wet hands when the device is connected
to the mains power.
WARNING – Danger of Injury!

Keep children and animals away from plastic bags and fi lms. There is a danger of
suff ocation.

Danger of becoming stuck! Keep animals, hair, jewellery, wide clothing, fi ngers and
all other body parts away from the suction opening of the device. They could become
caught.
WARNING – Danger from Rechargeable Batteries

Do not take apart the rechargeable battery. Protect the device from: fi re, high tem-
peratures of over 50°C, direct sunlight and sub-zero temperatures. The battery could
ignite or explode. Do not store the device with a built-in battery in a vehicle where it
might be exposed to extreme temperatures.
■
Protect the inserted charger from persistent moisture. Load and store the recharga-
ble batteries only in closed rooms. Do not use, charge or store it in rooms with high
humidity.
■
Do not charge up the device in the vicinity of highly fl ammable materials (curtains,
textiles, etc.).
■
Remove a dead battery from the device immediately. Clean the contacts before a
new battery is inserted.
■
If the battery leaks, do not allow your skin, eyes and mucous membranes to come
into contact with the battery acid. There is a danger of burns. If you do touch battery
acid, rinse the aff ected areas with abundant clear water straight away and seek med-
ical assistance immediately.

Do not use the device if the battery has leaked.
WARNING – Danger of Fire!

Do not cover the device during operation in order to prevent it from catching fi re. Do
not insert anything into the openings of the device and make sure that they do not
become clogged or covered.
