- Sharpening the blades is a very delicate operation. If their
perfect balance is not taken into consideration, they can
cause abnormal vibrations that cause the blades to
become loose, with consequent danger for the operator.

- The blades must be assembled with the right angle.
Erroneous assembly can cause incorrect tightening, with
consequent loosening of the blades when working, with
dangerous consequences for the operator.
This is why the blades must be balanced and replaced by one
of our Authorised Assistance Centres.
WA R N I N G : N e v e r r e p a i r d a m a g e d c u t t i n g
attachments by welding, straightening or modifying
the shape. This may cause parts of the cutting tool to
come off and result in serious or fatal injuries.
WARNING – The mulching blade must be installed as
shown in Fig.19.
WARNING – Always also replace the bolt (A).

GRASS CATCHER

Stop the motor and remove the safety plug (9, Fig.2)
before removing the grass catcher or cleaning the
grass discharge chute.
Please note that the following maintenance intervals apply for normal operating conditions
only. If your daily work requires longer than normal or harsh cutting conditions are present the
suggested intervals should be shortened accordingly.

All Accessible Screws and Nuts
Cable connecting the safety button and the motor
Grass catcher and rear deflector

Frequently check to ensure the grass catcher is fitted correctly
and is not damaged. Check that the openings in the grass
catcher grille are not clogged; if necessary, wash the grass
catcher with water and allow it to dry completely before
refitting it. If you work with a damaged grass catcher or with
the openings in the grille clogged, its capacity will be
reduced.
