My home WiFi has
changed
I want to delete all the
data from my Digipigi
money box
My Digipigi apps do not
respond any more, or
only partially
Is it possible to install
the Digipigi Parents app
only on one smartphone
and the Digipigi Kids
app only on one smart-
phone or tablet at the
same time?
Note: Make sure that you have downloaded the latest software for
the Digipigi money box and the Digipigi Parents and Kids apps from
the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Possible Solutions
In the Digipigi Parents app, select "Extras" then
"Settings" and then "Change WiFi." Then follow
the instructions to connect your Digipigi money
box to your new home WiFi.
Please press the reset button for approxi-
mately ten seconds with a sharp object such
as a paper clip until the Digipigi says "CHECK
CHECK." Tip: In addition, uninstall the Digipigi
Parents app and the Digipigi Kids app, and
then re-install them from the relevant app
store.
Please restart the Digipigi apps and Digipigi
money box. Please make sure that you have
the latest version of both Digipigi apps. Note:
For security reasons, the Digipigi apps and the
Digipigi only work fully with your home WiFi.
Yes, for each Digipigi money box both the
Digipigi Parents app and the Digipigi Kids app
can be installed on only one smartphone or
tablet at the same time.
