29. Replacing the non-return valve
Warning!
All non-return valves must be replaced at the same time.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in an increased germ load in the
drinking water and thus pose a health or mortality risk.
29.1 Remove the shower panel (see
29.2 Loosen the cap nuts (b).
29.3 Remove the hoses (a).
29.4 Remove the existing seals (c).
29.5 Remove the locking ring (d) on the inside using appropriate pliers for locking rings.
29.6 Use a special tool (see
return valves (e) from the function block.
Optional:
Fittings with optional thermal disinfection have a third non-return valve.
29.7 Remove the lock (f) using an Allen key.
29.8 Remove the spacer (g).
29.9 Use a special tool (see
return valve (h) from the function block (i).
Caution!
Note the installation position of the non-return valves.
29.10 Reassemble in reverse order.
