6.2 Cleaning

o Regularly clean the device.
o Note! Always wait until the device and the water cool down, otherwise there exists
a risk of burns!
o Drain the container water away using the drainage valve.
o Clean the container using warm water with the addition of a gentle cleaning agent.
Rinse with clean water, which is to be allowed to flow through the drainage valve.
o Clean the device housing with a soft, damp cloth.
o Always use a soft cloth only, never use abrasive cleaning agents that might damage
the device outer surfaces.
o After cleaning, thr surface is to be dried and shined with a soft, dry cloth.
o In case of frequent use, regularly descale the device's bottom plate. Use a water
vinegar solution or a special descaling agent for this purpose.

6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance

o Inspect the power cable regularly for damage. Never use the device if the cable is
damaged. If the power cable is damaged, have an authorised service center or
qualified electrician replace it.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself.

7. Possible Malfunctions

Cause
• Plug placed wrong in
socket.
• Electric power supply
fuse actuated.
Solution
• Connect plug to socket
correctly.
• Check fuse, check
device after connecting
