TIPS
1. Feed soft types of food in slowly to achieve a larger juice yield.
2. Vitamins decay with time – the sooner you drink the freshly-squeezed juice the more vitamins
it will contain.
3. If you want to keep the juice for a number of hours, please store in the refrigerator.
Add a few squirts of lemon juice to keep it fresh for longer.
4. Do not drink more than three glasses (230 ml) of juice in a day if you are not used to it.
5. For children, dilute the juice with an equal volume of water.
6. Juice made from vegetables that are dark green (broccoli, spinach, etc.) or dark red (beetroot,
red cabbage, etc.) will be particularly strong. People with diabetes or excessively low blood sugar
should not drink too much of these juices.

Noise level

The noise level of this machine is less than 80 dB(A).

CLEANING THE MACHINE

1. Unplug the machine before cleaning it.
2. If the filter is too tight to move, wait a few minutes for it to loosen up.
3. Some types of vegetable (such as carrots) discolour the plastic. Use a cloth dipped in vegetable oil
to rub the discolouration off.
Motor
Clean the casing around the motor with a damp cloth, then dry well.
Filter
1. Clean the filter with the brush supplied.
2. Check the filter regularly for damage. Do not use the machine if there is any damage to the filter.

Other components

Wash in warm water with a little detergent, then dry well. Do not wash in a dishwasher
or under running water.
Point the juice outlet downwards and wash thoroughly. The juice outlet cannot be removed.
