6.2 Maintenance unit

For long supply lines and/or continuous operation we recommend installing a maintenance unit. This unit serves to dewater and lubricate the air before
it enters the pump. Set the oiler to allow approx. one drop of oil per minute to enter the system. Use SAE oil (5 W to 30 W).
The pump's outlet pressure can be adapted with help of an upstream air controller in the pneumatic line. The transmission ratio is 1:100. This means: 4
bar inlet pressure correspond to 400 bar outlet pressure. Maximum outlet pressure of the pump is 500 bar.
Note about punching with punching tools:
By no means must the top tool push into on the bottom tool during punching.
The user should pay special attention!
