The device does
not work.
No heat is produ-
ced.

Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of it in an environmentally
friendly manner and take it to a recycling centre.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner if you do not wish to
use it any more. It should not be disposed of alongside general household waste.
Dispose of it at a recycling centre for used electrical and electronic devices. You
can obtain more information from your local authorities.

Possible cause
The device is not receiving

tivated on the controller.
The device is not switched
on.
The heat function is not swit-
ched on.
Solution
Check whether
• all cables are
connected to each other.
• the mains adapter is inserted
in the plug socket.
• the car adapter is inserted in
the cigarette lighter.
• the plug socket is defective.
• the fuse of your mains
connection is inserted.
Press the PWR button.
Press the button for a massage
zone to activate it. The associa-
ted LED ought to light up.
Press the PWR button. The LED
must light up.
Press the WÄRME (HEAT) but-
ton. The LED must light up.
