Note: Secure the cables on both sides of the opening before they are diverted or distributed.

Instructions for inspection

Please check at least once a year, in the framework of the inspection as determined by the operator, as appropriate:
• The cable gland plate and its surface for damage and stability.
• The seals of the cable gland plate for damage and whether it fits without gaps.
• Adjust maintenance intervals to the ambient and operating conditions!
• Exchange damaged parts and use original häwa parts only.
• Minor flaws on painted surfaces such as scratches can be fixed using the häwa touch-up paint for RAL 7035,
order no. 3080-7035-03-75.
• When purchasing spare parts please state the number to ensure identification – see Spare Parts for Cable Gland Plate.

For optimal strain relief, retract the cable by about 15 mm. The
indicator is now no longer visible on the rear. Depending on the
cable diameter and the size of the opening, the indicator may
well become visible again on the front/outside.
Note: The position of the indicator does not affect the tightness.
