• IMPOrTanT: Before using the device for the first time, ensure you have released all transport
locks on the massage mechanism. To do this, remove the screws using the tool provided on
the rear of the seat cover. If the transport lock screws are not removed first and the Shiatsu
seat cover is used immediately, the device will become irreparably damaged and unusable.
The warranty will not apply in this instance.
• R euse the transport lock screws when transporting the device in the future. Transporting the device
without using the transport locks could cause irreparable damage to the device.
• P osition the seat cover upright on a suitable seating arrangement with seating surface and backrest
(chair, sofa, or similar). Ensure that the seat cover is supported over its entire area and has a suf-
ficiently high backrest.
