Fastening the straps
Pull the cross belt (3) over the filter housing so that it is
above the centre of gravity but below the handle area. It
must surround the housing loosely.
Tighten the two straps (2) so that the retaining ring (5) is
pressed against the bottom of the filter housing and
clamps the hexagon.
Risk of injury!
Make sure the filter housing is held securely in the
retaining ring when you unscrew it.

Unscrew the filter housing.
If necessary, use an open-ended spanner to overcome
the initial release torque.

Lower the filter housing into the element change aid.
Unscrew the filter element and push it into the
unscrewed filter housing.
The filter housing is held by the element change aid.
