The machine corresponds to the valid EC guideline.
CE tested machines meet all valid EC machine guide-
lines as well as all relevent guidelines for each ma-
chine.
• The machine has been built in accordance with state-
of-the-art standards and the recognized safety rules.
Nevertheless, its use may constitute a risk to life and
limb of the user or of third parties, or cause damage to
the machine and to other material property.
• The circular saw bench is constructed exclusively for
the sawing of wood. The required saw blade should be
inserted according to the cut type and the wood type
(solid wood, chip board or plywood).
• The machine must only be used in technically perfect
condition in accordance with its designated use and the
instructions set out in the operating manual, and only
by safety-conscious persons who are fully aware of the
risks involved in operating the machine. Any functional
disorders, especially those affecting the safety of the
machine, should therefore be rectified immediately.
• When used in enclosed rooms, the machine must
be connected to a vacuum exhaust unit. Use the vac-
uum exhaust unit or ha 2600 to remove matchwood
or saw dust. The vacuum support flow rate must be 20
m/s. Subatmospheric pressure 1200 Pa.
• The automatic start command is available as an option.

• The automatic switching unit is available as a special
accessory. The vacuum exhaust unit auto matically
switches on after a 2-3 second delay after the machine
tool is turned on. This avoids overloading the circuit
fuse. After turning off the machine tool, the vacuum ex-
haust unit remains on for an additional 3-4 seconds
and is then automatically switched off. Remaining dust
is thereby removed by vacuum exhaust, as required by
German regulations governing hazardous materials.
This results in savings in electricity consumption and
reduces noise levels, as the vacuum exhaust unit is on
only during machine tool operation.
• For work in commercial spaces, the dust remover
woova 7 must be used. Do not remove or shut off vac-
uum exhaust systems or dust removers while machine
tools are operating.
• Any other use exceeds authorization. The manufac-
turer is not responsible for any damages resulting from
un authorized use; risk is the sole responsibility of the
operator.
• The safety, work and maintenance instructions of the
manufacturer as well as the technical data given in the
calibrations and dimensions must be adhered to.
• Relevant accident prevention regulations and other,
generally recognized safety-technical rules must also
be adhered to.

La machine correspond aux normes en vigueur dans
la Communauté Européenne.
• La scie circulaire est définié en tant que machine
semi tationnaire suivant pr EN 1870-1.
• Pour le transport, tenir fermement chaque extrémité du
plateau à deux mains et soulever l'ensemble.
• Si vous n'utilisez pas le support d'origine, la machine
doit être posée sur un support plane et stable. La hau-
teur de travail doit être au minimum de 800 mm.
• Le poste de travail se trouve à l'avant de la machine, à
gauche de la lame de scie.
• Afin d'éviter les risques d'accident, aucun corps étran-
ger ne doit se trouver autour du poste de travail et aux
alentours de la machine.
• En principe, les pièces à usiner doivent être exemptés
de corps étrangers, comme par exemple, des clous ou
des vis.
• Avant d'être mise en service, la machine doit être rac-
cordée à une installation d'aspiration au moyen d'une
conduite d'aspiration flexible et difficilement inflam-
mable. L'aspiration doit s'enclencher automatiquement
lorsque la machine est mise en service.
• Si la machine est utilisée dans des locaux fermés, elle
doit être reliée à un dispositif d'aspiration. Pour l'aspi-
ration de copeaux de bois ou de sciure, utiliser l'ins-
tallation d'aspiration ou ha 2600. La vitesse de flux
à la buse d'aspiration doit être de 20 m/s. Dépression
1200 Pa.
• La commande de mise en marche automatique est dis-
ponible en option.

• L'installation d'aspiration se met en route automatiqu
ment avec une temporisation de 2-3 secondes, après
mise en marche de la machine-outil.
• L'aspiration fonctionne encore 3-4 secondes après
arrêt de la machine-outil, puis se coupe automatique-
ment.
• La poussière résiduelle est ainsi aspirée conformé-
ment à la réglementation relative aux substances dang
reuses. Ceci économise de l'électricité et réduit le bruit.
• L'installation d'aspiration fonctionne uniquement pen-
dant l'utilisation de la machine-outil.
• Pour l'aspiration lors de travaux relevant du domaine
professionnel, utiliser le depoussièreur woova 7. Ne
pas arrêter ou retirer les installations d'aspiration ou
depoussièreurs lors du fonctionnement de la machine
outil.
• La scie circulaire est exclusivement conçue pour tr
vailler le bois ou des materiaux dérivés du bois. Il est
imperatif d'utiliser exclusivement des outils et des a
cessoires d'origine. Suivant la coupe et le bois ut lisé
(bois massif, contreplaque ou panneaux d'aggl mérés),
utiliser la lame de scie appropriée suivant la norme EN
847-1. Prière de vous référer à l'équipement special
