10. Programming
Before you can use the code lock you need to program it to your individual requirements. All the
required programming steps are explained to you in the following.
10.1 Entering Programming Mode
Enter the following key combination to enter the programming mode:

MASTERCODE
As soon as you are in the programming mode the status LED "STATUS" (3) and the status LED
"PASS" are lit.
Please note that the device exits programming mode automatically if there is no
input for 10 seconds.
10.2 Exiting Programming Mode
You can leave the programming mode by pressing the "*" button.
10.3 Standby Mode
The normal operating mode is referred to as standby mode. The code lock is in standby mode if
it is not currently in programming mode.
During the standby mode the yellow "STATUS" LED blinks at 2 second intervals.
10.4 Programming Master Code
To carry out this programming step the code lock should now be in programming
mode (see Chapter "10.1 Entering Programming Mode").
The Master Code factory setting is: 1234
The Master Code is required to enter the programming mode. We strongly
recommend you change the Master Code when putting the unit into operation.
The Master Code must consist of between 4 and 8 digits.
