TECHNICAL INFORMATION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE
The indirect heated boiling pan, referred to from
now on as the appliance, is designed and construct-
ed for preparing and cooking foods in the profes-
sional catering sector.
Main Parts
A)Pan lid.
B)Hot and cold water taps: regulate the water flow.
C)Heating element control knob; for setting the heat-
ing power.
D)Mains light; indicates that the appliance is receiving
electrical power.
E)Thermostat light; indicates that one or more safety
thermostats have been tripped.
F) Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water.
G)Drain tap: drains the water from the pan.
H)Height adjustable feet: to allow perfect levelling of
the appliance.
L) Door: for access to the inside of the appliance.
M)Jacket filler cap.
N)Water level tap: for checking the water level inside
the jacket.
P)Pressure control valve: controls the pressure in-
side the jacket.
Q)Pressure gauge: provides a reading of the pressure
inside the jacket (~ 0,5 bar).
R)Jacket vacuum valve.
