The follolwing details are required to allow correct and fast processing of a spare parts order:
1. Machine type
2. Machine number
3. Description, order number for spare part.
4. When ordering spare parts for electric equipment, the date shown on the nameplate of motor and switch must be
quoted.
5. The color (RAL number) of the desired spare part.
6. Quantity of the required spare part.
7. Exact details of address and type of dispatch.
