Attach the support frame (10) to the front of the standpipe (2), and attach the pulley
mount bracket (3) to the rear of the standpipe (2). To do so, use the bolts (1n),
washers (2f) and nuts (3f).
•
Attach the right (6) and left pulley mounts (5) to the pulley mount bracket (3). To do
so, use the bolts (1g), washers (2f) and nuts (3f).
•
Insert the locking pin (49) into the hole of the chest press (18). Attach it to the other
side using the knurled screw (32). When doing so, insert the curved end of the pin
into the hole of the seat tube (10). It will depend on the type of exercise whether or
not you will have to insert the pin into the hole.

The 3 cable pulls of this device must be installed simultaneously with the pulley pad
and pulleys according to the detailed picture.
•
Location of the cable pulls:
– The lower cable pull (45) extends from the leg extension mount to the front base
frame. There it will be connected to the chain (42) that is responsible for the cable
tension.
– The butterfly cable pull (44) extends from the left (9) to the right brace (8) and is
to be attached to both braces of the chest press mount.
– The weight mounting cable pull (43) starts at the upper cable pull, where the tube
for training the back muscles (27) is connected to the upper weight plate (14).
•
Use the chain (42) and cable tie (52) to adjust the cable tension.
•
Securely tighten all nuts and bolts.
•
Attach the pull bar (13) to the end part of the cable pull (45), namely to the lower
pulley of the leg extension mount (26). Use the cable tie to do so.
•
Attach the upper pulley tube (27) to the end part of the pulley (43), namely to the
upper pulley on the lift arm mount (1).
•
After having installed the cable pulls, you may select the desired weight for your
exercise using the locking pin (41).
