TEST AND MAINTENANCE PLAN

The following must be checked:
Interval Test and maintenance work
Test run up to maximum nominal speed
1/2 annual
and then deactivate again
Check fan and drive motor for running noises.

Test run for at least 20 minutes and then deactivate
again.
For fans with bearing condition diagnostics, operate fan

Check air gap between wingtip and fan casing.

Check drive motor for contamination, corrosion, damage

Check impeller for contamination, corrosion, damage
and correct fastening.

Check inspection opening for tight fit, corrosion and

Check protection devices (protection grilles, etc.) for
contamination, corrosion, damage and correct fastening.

Clean components for functional integrity if needed.
Check accessory components (mounting brackets,
backdraught shutters, extension ducts, etc.) for conta-
mination, corrosion, damage and correct fastening.

Clean components for functional integrity if needed.
Check terminal box (motor and casing terminal box)
and connection cable for correct fit, damage and cor-

With regard to smoke exhaust fans with separate co-
