rotatary valve)
Intake regulation shutter cannot move freely
V-belts are too slack or possibly worn out
Worn rubber paddles in the rotary
A stone, stick etc. may have blocked the rotary
valve

Remedy
It is recommended to have a minimum of 2 metres
straight line before the bend
It is recommended to have a minimum of 2 metres
straight line between two bends
Use Kongskilde OK 160 pipes on whole pipeline
Replace leaking parts
Clean the pipes
Assemble pipes correctly
Preferably terminate piping with a cyclone or an
exhaust head
Use only vertical and horizontal pipelines
See if the blower can empty the pipeline by
shutting off the flow to the feed
Reverse the feed - see arrow on feed
Use the correct feed
Let an electrician reverse the direction of rotation
of the motor.
The shutter is not released from start position, or
the function of the shutter is impeded by dirt
Tighten or replace the V-belts
Replace the rubber paddles
Remove the obstruction and check that the rotary
valve is undamaged
