If you live in an area where
there are voltage oscillations
greater than 10% of the rated
voltage, do not plug your
Refrigerator directly into the
wall socket.
Install an automatic voltage
stabilizer with a power output
of at least 1000W.
Be sure that the voltage
stabilizer can withstand the
oscillations in your area.
If your appliance does not have
a plug with a ground pin,
connect the ground wire of the
Refrigerator (the green wire
attached to the back of the
appliance) to a proper ground.
Grounding is necessary in any
voltage (127 or 220V), and for
any electric electronic
appliance. The grounding wire
shall not be connected to the
neutral conductor of the power
system, nor to cable tubing, gas
or water pipes, taps or faucets.
When grounding, follow the
grounding standards in force
and call an authorized
electrician. The incorrect
installation of the ground wire
might result in accidents such
as fire, electrical shock or other
personal injuries.
If the power supply cord is
damaged, it shall be replaced
by the assistance shop (or
dealer) in order to avoid the
risk of accidents.
Place:
The Refrigerator
shall neither be
installed next to
heat sources (stoves,
heaters etc.) nor in
a place that receives
direct sun rays. The installation in an
inadequate place impairs the
operation of your Refrigerator and
increases power consumption.
How to build in:
Consider the
following
minimum
distances to
assure adequate
air circulation:
10 cm on the sides;
10 cm at the rear;
15 cm on the top.
By doing so you will ensure the good
performance of the product.
You will also prevent Refrigerator
components from touching walls,
other products or furniture avoiding
unpleasant noise.
Leveling:
To level your
Refrigerator, turn
the Leveling Feet so
that they are firmly
in contact with the
floor, lifting the
casters.
Adjust the Refrigerator leveling feet
slightly backwards to facilitate the
closing of doors.
Important:
We recommend to leave the
Refrigerator operating for at
least two hours before loading
it with food. That time is
necessary for the temperature
to stabilize inside the product.
Heating on the sides:
Heating of some Refrigerator
external areas is normal.
That happens to avoid the
formation of sweat.
However, under critical
conditions of room temperature
and humidity, sweat may be
observed.
Dry the product with a soft
cloth.
