NORMAL NOISES

Some noises are considered normal to the operation of the Refrigerator.
Find below a table with such noises.
Cracks
Cracks are due to displacement of ice.
It is the same noise of ice trays being exposed to room
temperature.
Compressor
This noise is characteristic of the motor.

It means that the compressor is operating.
Gas
This noise is characteristic of gas expansion in the
expansion
refrigeration system. It is a noise similar to the one generated
noise
when we inflate a gas balloon.
Defrosting
This noise is characteristic of water flowing.

It happens when the product is defrosting.
Noises
Noise characteristic of the fan. It shows that the No-frost
of the
Multi-flow system is working properly. That system assures
ventilation
uniform temperature in the product and makes defrosting
system
unnecessary.

Probable cause
Humidity infiltration
through the door.
Burnt out bulb.
Door open for too long a
time.
Door open for too long a
time.
Failure of a Refrigerator
component.
Solution
Make sure no object is impairing
the closing of the door. If necessary,
reorganize the food in the Freezer.
If frost continues to build up, call your
assistance shop or your dealer.
Substitute the bulb. See item
Using the Refrigerator (Light).
Close the door.
If necessary to keep the door
open for a longer time, push the
"Alarm" key.
Close the door.
Switch off the alarm pushing the
"Alarm" key. Call your assistance
shop or your dealer.
