10. Playback control

10.1. Setting the volume

 Turn the M A S T E R V O L U M E control towards + to increase the volume, or
towards - to reduce the volume.

10.2. Start/pause playback

 Press the
button to start playing tracks.
 To pause playback, press the

10.3. Track selection, fast rewind/forward

 Press the
button to go back to the start of the track that is currently being
played.
 Press the button again to skip to the previous track.
 Use the
button to skip to the next track.

11. Additional functions and settings

11.1. Bass mode

 Press the B A S S button to activate the corresponding sound effect mode.
BASS ON appears in the device display.
 Press the B A S S button again to disable bass mode.
BASS OFF appears in the device display.

11.2. Equalizer

 Press the E Q button once or repeatedly to activate one of the preset equalizer
settings (POP, BALLAD, FUNK, ROCK, JAZZ, SAMBA).
No other equalizer setting can be activated in bass mode.
